What subjects should i do to become a fornsic scientist or a marine biologist?

i really enjoy science. i already know that i must do mathematics B. chemistry and biology and possibly physics as well as english. So that would mean I can choose one more fun subject but i really want to do both hpe and hospitality/home economics. At why school you can only take 6 subjects what should i choose?
