Which computer is best?

A. Definitely! Quad core will have better video encoding. Although it has slightly worse Processing Speed, it is still pretty good. Equal RAM I can see. Why not have a computer that comes with an Operating System instead of buying one that probably costs $20? This computer already has accessories with it too. It is much cheaper to buy that with them than spending about $150 or more. Plus, if you don't like it, there's always EBay, Amazon, or Craigslist you can sell it to. I'm sure someone would want it.
