Can this computer have 2 monitors?

It does. All you need to do is plug both monitors in, press the windows key and R, then go over to "extend." However, you won't be getting too good graphics. I own a Radeon HD 5700, and while it can max out most things on 1600x900, I don't think graphically demanding games would run smooth on it.
