I need help with a Oblivion Vampire Cure quest problem (Xbox 360)?

It's a major glitch in the game. it seems as though you might not complete it. first, make sure all other quests are completed that involve the skingrad count. if that doesn't work, the best thing you can do is wait. I had the same problem and I couldn't get cured until one day(after i had just fed on somebody) i went outside in the middle of the day in Anvil and outta nowhere, the count walked up to me and started discussing his situation, immediately following that, his face turned red and his body was steaming, every few steps he became unconscious. I couldn't complete the quest for five game months due to waiting for him to return.
