Is this computer package a good deal -- HP i7-870?

My question: you will pay out this amount of money for a 1 year warranty? Motherboards, CPUs, and HDD give you 3 to 5 on a built system and cost less money. Jim is right about the PSU. It is not energy efficient. Old stock. There is no TV card. System is capable but no hardware. Better think this one through. Sorry, hope it helps.
