Is this pc good for gaming and multimedia uses?

no. thats a pretty weak vieo card. in nvidia land an entry level 'gaming card' is the 460 gtx (or 560). multi media your fine. and dont get me wrong, that card will run all those games, just not maxed out at a high res.
