Oblivion mods can anyone help for 360?

Ok I need someone on modio to mod a gsmesave for me for xbox 360 I know how to download to device I just need it done I want alot of custom made weapons and armor I wanna be an imperial with blue eyes and dark brown medium length windmills hair I want to be level 1 with all skills maxed I want. Imperial watch and palace armor with super high modded enchantments and I want custom armor and weapons all new designs if possible I want a ton of modded spells that do all kinds of damage reanimate forever and command forever and I want to be able to drop warriors and npcslike alot of them I want unique summons and a follower that never dies plz I know this is probably impossible but I'd appreciate it just put the name of the guy and lord Kyle and name the save Godseys save and name the character lord Kyle o and can the imperial dragon armor or palace armor have the name Godsey in them and I want them to have 100 percent fire shield frost and shock and I want a unenchanted silver sword with 100 damage making it by far the strongest sword and I want a 1 hit kill bow and arrow plz and thanks
