Help with writing a good conclusion paragraph?

I'm doing a really important essay and I need help on the conclusion. It's about the genocide in Rwanda. My thesis statement is: After the imperial powers had taken over Rwanda, the relationship between Hutus and Tutsis was torn apart at the seams. Genocide was exceedingly apparent in Rwanda after colonization by Europe, the world not wanting to get involved when it was clear that a genocide was occurring and cultural bias.
